Is it safe to buy home-cooked food from Aarogify?
Yes! Our home chefs have been permitted and are all certified in food hygiene and handling.
How do I place an order?
Download the Aarogify app on your phone where you will be able to see all of the available
home chefs in your area. Select the item of your choice, add it to your cart and place your
order. Your chef will receive the order and have it all ready for you in no time.
Why can't I see the chef's address?
This is a precaution we take for the safety of our home chefs. As these home restaurants are
operated out of our chefs’ personal residences, exact addresses are shared when you complete
your order to protect the chef’s privacy. On each home chef profile and menu page, we
display the pickup location within a 1/2 mile radius, so you can plan your trip to pick up!
What if I forgot to make an adjustment to my order after it's been placed?
Our chat feature will be enabled during the preparation of your meal. You may reach out to
the chef. If for some reason you are not able to reach the chef, you may use the chat
feature on our website to contact customer service.
How is my privacy protected?
Aarogify takes the privacy of our diners and cooks very seriously. Feel free to take a look
at our privacy policy for a full rundown of how we protect your information.
What do I do if I have specific questions about my order?
Aarogify has a straightforward in-app chat feature that allows you to speak directly with
any chef you’d like! During their food service hours, please be patient with allowing your
chefs time to respond, as they are often both the head chef and only customer service
representative for their home restaurant. They will respond as soon as they get a moment
between preparing your delicious plates!
What if I need to cancel my order?
We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order is not placed to the home chef.
Please note that we will have a right to charge a cancellation fee up to full order value to
compensate our restaurant and delivery partners if your order has been confirmed.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Whether it’s the wrong order, a missing side or any other issue arises, contact Aarogify’s
customer service so we may remedy the problem. We value our customers and will do everything
we can to make an unpleasant experience a positive one.
My food is ready and I'm outside of the cook's home. How do I notify the cook that I am
here?
Within the app you will be able to notify the cook. However, more often than not, you can
simply knock on the door and our friendly cooks will be right with you. We always want to
provide you with the freshest food possible.
How do I report a food borne illness concern?
You must contact Aarogify immediately. Provide us with the name of the home chef, the day
and time you purchased (or your order number) and the item(s) you ordered. We take food
borne illness very seriously. Contact or use our chat feature on our
website.
Is my order hot and ready to eat when I pick it up?
Absolutely. The only way your food will not be hot is if you have specified or if you are
more than 15 min late to pick up your order. Please alert your chef if you are running late.
