Download our freeAarogify Chef app and create your profile. You can join as a home cook or a food lover!The complete process for a chef profile to go live with their products listed in their area will be 2 to 3 working days. This completely depends on how quick the profile is completed by the chef and coordination with our chef on-boarding team.

It’s easy! Simply download the Aarogify app, create a menu from your own personalized dashboard, upload the best photos of your signature dishes, and start managing your kitchen. Our platform includes all of the functionality you need to advertise your menu and create your own foodie tribe. Once your orders start rolling in, you can easily track your sales, set performance goals, keep order details, and respond to customer inquiries all in one place.

You can create a list of food items that you wish to sell on Aarogify. Customers may view available dishes on your menu for quick delivery/pick up or for future dates. Once the customer has placed the order, you’ll confirm the order and notify them of the pickup time and location desired. For easy communications, you can chat directly with the customer.

Aarogify customers are local people in your area in search of new, tasty and fresh homemade food dishes to experience.

We understand that we’re only as successful as our Home Cooks, which is why it’s our mission to make sure that we provide you with tools and resources you need to succeed. Currently, the Aarogify App is completely FREE for home chefs. We charge the customer a small convenience fee of ___ to cover costs.

Cost per dish will depend on your input cost in making that food item. The final Decision is yours.

You must possess a FSSAI registration certificate to start. But if you don't have it, we will help you to obtain the certificate.

You can apply for FSSAI registration certificate by your own or simply contact us with your details so we can help you to obtain the license from the government.

FSSAI is a standard certification provided by the Indian Government to everyone involved in F&B business to ensure the food is safe, healthy and with legal benefits.

You will need a to have at least any One ID Proof (Ration Card, Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport).

It's completely up to you! Each market has a different number of delivery days available; you can cook and sell on all of the delivery days or just one of them. No pressure, feel free to go at your own pace!

Cooking on Aarogify is very easy. You set your availability and your customers order from your menu on Aarogify. We’ll notify you of all the orders in an easy-to-read list. Once you’ve finished cooking, you’ll safely cool your dishes and prepare them for delivery. Once your customers receive their food, you’ll get the chance to hear how much they enjoyed it.

Almost anything! The only things you cannot prepare from your Home Restaurant are:

Non-veg food items, sea foods, cured meats, and leftovers (all food must be prepared and served on the same day of service).

Yes, of course! You manage your own schedule. If you'd like to take a break, that's completely fine. We'll be here to support you whenever you're ready to come back!

Anyone who is passionate about cooking can apply to join Aarogify, be it Home cook, professional chef, nutritionist, baker, fitness meal planner, culinary student or caterer. We work with a wide range of chefs, some of whom have worked in restaurants and some of whom have never cooked professionally before. No matter what a chef’s background is, our team will help you access the resources you need to prepare food safely and share your passion for cooking with your neighbourhood!

We understand that many home makers can’t always be available to serve orders as they might have other priorities. But still you can be a part of Aarogify and serve orders on your convenience.

In case if you are away for some time or for personal reasons, you can set to ‘UNAVAILABLE’ in the manage page.If your status is set to ‘UNAVAILABLE’, users can’t make any requests until you set it to ‘AVAILABLE’ again.

Chefs can choose to procure packaging material / containers on their own. However, we do have a standard that needs to be considered and maintained. Please note that foil/paper/thermocol containers, or pouches are not allowed.

Home Chefs will be responsible to coordinate with the customer directly for organizing delivery or pick up of the food in case of an order.

Promotions/Marketing campaigns run by Aarogify and its channel partners, high service quality, good food, word-of-mouth and a little bit of chef’s effort will help the chef get orders.

A chef will have to acknowledge and accept our ‘Chef Terms of Use’ as part of the registration process. A contract that governs terms & conditions such as acceptance of orders, payments, on time food preparations, packaging instructions and other terms will be given to the chef for careful understanding.
